We accept qualified Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and medical service dogs in accordance with applicable laws. No other dogs are allowed.
Yes! Up to two cats are allowed per apartment. A $250 refundable pet deposit, a $250 non-refundable pet fee, and a $35 monthly pet rent per cat apply.
Yes! Most first-floor apartment homes feature a private patio or deck (with a few exceptions). Second-floor homes include a small French balcony.
Residents are responsible for gas and electricity. Water and sewer are billed through a cost-share program. Trash and recycling are provided at no additional cost by management.
Each apartment features a rooftop HVAC system that provides central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Approval typically takes 1–2 business days but may take up to 5 business days depending on application volume and verification requirements.
We do not maintain a formal waiting list, but you can sign up for email alerts for upcoming availability of your desired floor plan.
We’re sorry, but Oak Pointe Apartments does not participate in Section 8 or other rental assistance programs.
You can apply online through our official website or in person at our leasing office. Applications include a background check, credit check, and verification of income.
Appointments are preferred to ensure availability, but walk-in tours are always welcome during office hours. Please check our “Contact Us” page for current hours.
Gas and electricity are not included in rent. Water and sewer are shared among residents, and trash and recycling services are included at no cost.
Yes! We offer lease renewal options, and we’ll contact you prior to lease expiration to go over your choices. Our leasing team is here to help with any questions.
Maintenance
Yes, we have professional on-site maintenance available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Emergency maintenance services are available after hours and on weekends.
Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the resident portal or by calling our office. For urgent issues, our 24-hour emergency maintenance line is also available.
Amenities
Each apartment home includes one underground heated parking stall. Additional parking is available in our outdoor surface lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unfortunately, we do not have additional underground parking stalls available at this time.
Yes! All apartment homes feature in-unit laundry. One- and two-bedroom homes include a ¾-size stackable washer and dryer. Three-bedroom homes feature full-size machines in a private laundry room.
Yes, private reservations of the community room require a $50 refundable deposit and a $50 usage fee per reservation.
